Frequently asked questions
What does this Resize for Naver Blog tool do?
It limits each image to 960 pixels wide. Photos wider than that are scaled down to exactly 960 pixels, with the height adjusted to keep the original proportions; narrower images keep their size. Every result is saved as a JPG at 90 percent quality, with Naver_ added to the start of the original file name.
How do I resize photos for Naver Blog?
Click the area labeled Drag & Drop or Click to Upload and select one or more photos. The Resize Settings panel shows the 960 px Width target. Click Process & Download, and the tool works through the images in order, downloading each JPG as it finishes. Allow multiple downloads if your browser asks for permission.
Can I change the 960 pixel width?
No. The width is fixed at 960 pixels, which the tool uses as the recommended post width for Naver Blog. If you need a different size, such as a 900 pixel post width or a square thumbnail, use the other Resize for Naver Blog tool in this collection, which offers a Standard Post mode, a Square Thumbnail mode and a quality slider.
Will my photos be cropped or enlarged?
Neither. The tool only scales down, so your full composition is kept, and images 960 pixels wide or narrower are re-saved at their original size rather than enlarged. A 6000 by 4000 pixel photo becomes 960 by 640 pixels, and a vertical 4000 by 6000 pixel photo becomes 960 by 1440 pixels.
Why should photographers resize images before posting to a blog?
Full-size camera files slow pages down, especially for readers on phones, and blog platforms often recompress oversized uploads in ways that soften detail. Resizing to the width the blog displays gives you control over sharpness and keeps pages quick. Fast, well-presented posts keep readers scrolling through your gallery and make your work look professional.
Is this Naver Blog resizer free and private?
Yes. It is free, adds no watermark and needs no software. Your photos are resized in your browser on your own device and never leave it. To use the tool, you confirm once that you are a photographer and create or log into a free Imagen account, which unlocks every tool in the collection.
