Hasselblad FFF to TIFF
For Hasselblad photographers handing work to a print lab, publisher or retoucher, Hasselblad FFF to TIFF saves the JPEG preview inside each FFF raw file as an uncompressed TIFF that opens almost anywhere. Select one file or many, convert them in a single pass, and each TIFF downloads under its original name, locally in your browser.

Frequently asked questions
Why convert FFF files to TIFF?
Many printers, publishers and stock agencies ask for TIFF because it is lossless and universally supported in professional software. FFF files, by contrast, need a raw converter that understands Hasselblad's format. Converting gives you a TIFF you can send to anyone, while your FFF originals stay untouched for future editing.
How do I use the FFF to TIFF converter?
Click the upload area and select your Hasselblad FFF files. Each file appears marked Pending, and the Convert to TIFF button becomes active. Click it; files change to Converting and then Complete as each TIFF downloads with the original name. If a file has no preview the browser can read, its status shows an error instead. If your browser prompts you, allow the page to download multiple files.
What TIFF settings does the converter use?
The tool writes baseline TIFF files: uncompressed, a single strip, 8 bits per channel in RGB. This plain structure is chosen for compatibility, since it is the variant that virtually every TIFF reader, RIP and layout application supports. The files are large, so check your storage and transfer method before converting a big shoot.
Does the converted TIFF contain all the raw data?
No. The TIFF is made from the JPEG preview stored inside the FFF file, an 8-bit image with the rendering already applied, so it does not keep the full bit depth, highlight headroom or white balance flexibility of the raw data. It is a lossless TIFF of that preview, ideal for proofs and handoffs. For final deliverables where every tone counts, edit the FFF in your raw software and export the TIFF from your finished edit.
Can I convert multiple FFF files at once?
Yes. The file picker accepts multiple FFF files, and the converter processes them in sequence so that each one finishes before the next begins. Statuses update as you go, so you can follow progress across the batch. For very large sessions, work in smaller groups to keep memory use in your browser under control.
Is the FFF to TIFF converter free and private?
Yes. It is free, adds no watermark and requires no software. Conversion runs in your browser, so your files stay on your own device and are never uploaded. The first time you use a tool, you confirm you are a photographer and create or log into a free Imagen account; every tool is unlocked after that.
