Aside from Imagen, the one thing that has made an enormous impact on Mike Morby’s wedding photography business is time tracking.

Mike and his team created spreadsheets to manually log their time on every task that encompasses their business. What this has done is realized the potential for saving money and time all over the place. Including places like automated photo culling and editing.

In fact, now he utilizes AI culling software and batch photo editing to make those processes more efficient, and he even outsources editing reviews now too.

Mike’s team has tracked how long it takes to cull a wedding or prep on a wedding day, and the tracking would go on for three months before reviewing the numbers. He has even tracked and made decisions on things like what flashes to use because of their batteries. Literally switching from AA battery systems to lithium-ion battery systems.
