Nope, the charge is based on the storage plan you choose, with prices starting from just $3 per month. Once you subscribe in-app, you’ll be able to select the plan that best fits your needs directly in the Imagen app.

Pricing, billing currency, and available payment methods vary by country. You can subscribe to Imagen with a credit card, by a transfer from a US bank, PayPal, or, if supported, Google Pay and Apple Pay.

You can only use one payment method at a time. If you switch your payment method, the new one will apply to all payments, including subscriptions.

All Imagen subscriptions include 3 months of free Imagen Cloud Storage capability. To continue using the cloud photo storage after that, simply go to your account settings, navigate to Cloud Settings, and select one of the available Cloud Storage Plans. You can choose from plans ranging from 500GB to 2TB or customize your storage to fit your specific needs. Once you’ve selected a plan, Imagen will automatically begin backing up your photos.

Imagen offers three types of cloud photo backups: low-resolution backups, optimized photos, and original photos. Low-resolution backups are free for all users and ideal for emergencies.
