Partnership Manager

Full-time // Intermediate // Remote

Imagen is developing disruptive technology for the professional photo editing market. We utilize past editing history by each of our Imageners (users) to create a personalized AI profile, which in turn, enables photographers to optimize their workflow, reduce editing painstaking work, and maintain their unique editing style.

About The Position

We have an exciting opportunity for a Partnership Manager to join our growing team! You will be responsible for partnership outreach, acquisition and reputation with a focus in North America. This will be through building new partnerships and strengthening existing ones, along with championing the brand at relevant events. You will ensure mutually beneficial relationships are established with partners and identify opportunities with online content creators, photographer communities and educators. 


  • Photography experience- Highly Recommended
  • An interest in influencers / educators and how they play a key role in building brand awareness.
  • Strong communication and negotiation abilities
  • A creative mindset
  • Fluent in English
  • Nice to have: German, Spanish or French
  • Nice to have: Experience utilizing social media platforms for marketing purposes.


  • Create and foster a network of partnerships through continuous discovery, rapport building, and working relationships.
  • Identify partner content opportunities that will have brand impact (thought-leaders, educators, content-creators, podcasts, blogs). 
  • Understand when it’s relevant to onboard these photographers as ambassadors.
  • Ensure mutually beneficial relationships are established, offer new ways to grow the partnership, and regularly update them with app updates.
  • Identify creative initiatives to target partner audiences on all relevant platforms. 
  • Negotiate and finalize deals with partners in accordance with contract guidelines.
  • Communicate clearly to new partners with tools, materials, key messages, creative ideas that may be helpful to promote Imagen. 
  • Ensure delivery of subscriber number targets from partnership activity. 
  • Regularly monitor the performance data of partnership content and generate additional opportunities for growth and success.
  • Identify and source photography communities in priority markets. 
  • Maximize potential with photography communities through live streams, workshops, webinars, events and ambassador collaborations. 
  • Identify and approach relevant photography brands and affiliates in your markets to collaborate and develop advertising opportunities.
  • On occasion you will attend and represent Imagen at events building our credibility, demo-ing the software and maximizing partnership efforts. 
  • Ensure delivery of growth targets from partnership activity.
