Junior Finance Operations

We utilize past editing history by each of our Imageners (clients) to create a personalized AI profile, which in turn, enables photographers to optimize their workflow, reduce editing painstaking work, and maintain their unique editing style.

About The Position

We are looking for a highly organized and motivated Junior Finance Operations professional to join our Finance team at Imagen. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about finance operations, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys collaborating across departments to ensure smooth financial processes.

The Junior Finance Operations will be responsible for procurement, managing payments, working across departments and with external suppliers, and will lead all operational aspects of the Company's finances.

Responsibilities

  • Procurement & Vendor Management: Oversee the procurement process, ensuring all purchases align with company policies and budgets. Build and maintain relationships with vendors, addressing any payment or invoice discrepancies.
  • Payments & Invoice Handling: Ensure timely processing of payments, receipt of invoices, and proper documentation.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Partner with other departments to gather financial data, support operational needs, track expenses and ensure spending remains within approved budgets.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline finance-related processes and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Daily Operations: Assist with the day-to-day finance tasks, including reconciliations, financial reporting, and expense tracking.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Management, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
  • High Proficiency in Excel and Powerpoint.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Attention to detail and high accuracy in work.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, including the ability to communicate effectively in a professional environment in English.
