CS Operation Manager

Imagen is developing a disruptive technology for the professional photo editing market. We use edited photos from each of our users, to create personalized AI profiles and to reduce and eliminate editing efforts. Creating a personalized profile based on user data gives great value to our users and creates many challenges.

About The Position
- Develop and improve processes through implementation of new technologies.
- Analyzing data to identify trends and patterns in customer behavior.
- Identifying and addressing bottlenecks or inefficiencies in the customer support process.
- Collaborating with other departments, such as Product, R&D and marketing.
- Maintain internal and external knowledge Base.
- Developing training plans and resources for the CS team and the entire company.
Responsibilities
- Skills in data analytics, business intelligence, and reporting.
- Strong organizational and project management and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- 2–4 years of experience in an operations role with a focus on Customer Success or similar function for a SaaS company.
