CS Operation Manager

Imagen is developing a disruptive technology for the professional photo editing market. We use edited photos from each of our users, to create personalized AI profiles and to reduce and eliminate editing efforts. Creating a personalized profile based on user data gives great value to our users and creates many challenges.

About The Position

  • Develop and improve processes through implementation of new technologies.
  • Analyzing data to identify trends and patterns in customer behavior.
  • Identifying and addressing bottlenecks or inefficiencies in the customer support process.
  • Collaborating with other departments, such as Product, R&D and marketing.
  • Maintain internal and external knowledge Base.
  • Developing training plans and resources for the CS team and the entire company.


  • Skills in data analytics, business intelligence, and reporting.
  • Strong organizational and project management and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • 2–4 years of experience in an operations role with a focus on Customer Success or similar function for a SaaS company.


  • Previous experience with Zendesk.
  • Adobe Lightroom Classic background.
