Social Media & Community Team Lead

Imagen is developing disruptive technology for the professional photo editing market. We utilize past editing history by each of our Imageners (clients) to create a personalized AI profile, which in turn, enables photographers to optimize their workflow, reduce editing painstaking work, and maintain their unique editing style.

About The Position

Imagen is looking for a strategic and motivated social media & Community Team Lead to guide our social media and community efforts.

This role goes beyond traditional social media management, offering the opportunity to be at the forefront of engaging a passionate community of photographers and creative professionals. If you are enthusiastic about social media, community engagement, and driving brand loyalty, this role is for you. You will report directly to the Head of Marketing and work closely with the marketing and product teams to position Imagen as a leader in the photography industry.

Responsibilities

  • Social Media & Community Strategy - Develop and execute innovative social media strategies to enhance Imagen’s online presence and foster community growth. Ensure consistent messaging and tone of voice across all social media channels in alignment with the overall brand strategy and company goals.
  • Content Creation & Curation - Manage the hands-on creation, curation, and scheduling of engaging content that resonates with our audience, aligns with our brand values, results in growth, and supports brand expansion. 
  • Collaboration - Work closely with the Brand teams, marketing department and other departments to align social media and community efforts with broader company goals.
  • Performance Analysis - Track and analyze social media and community metrics to optimize strategies and report on the effectiveness of campaigns.
  • Community Engagement - Lead and manage the community team to ensure that our community members are highly engaged, feel valued, and have a positive experience across all platforms. Build and maintain relationships with other communities to support the growth of our community, brand presence, and user base. direct management of our Community and podcast manager. This may also include community events, such as webinars, live chats, and Q&A sessions, to deepen connections with our audience.
  • Innovation - Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and tools to keep our strategies fresh and competitive.

Requirements

● At least 2-3 years of experience in social media management.

● Strong understanding of social media platforms, tools, and best practices.

● Experience working in a high paced tech-centered company.

● Ability to analyze data and drive actionable insights.

● Creative thinker, with a proven track record of working closely to design and creative teams.

● A collaborative mindset and the ability to work across multiple teams

● Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

● Communication: Excellent written and verbal English skills- a must.

● Experience in organizing and managing online communities and community events - a plus

● Familiarity with the photography or AI industries - a plus
