Imagen is developing disruptive technology for the professional photo editing market. We utilize past editing history by each of our Imageners (clients) to create a personalized AI profile, which in turn, enables photographers to optimize their workflow, reduce editing painstaking work, and maintain their unique editing style.
About The Position
The Business Development Manager is responsible for fostering strategic relationships with partners and companies within Imagen’s ecosystem.
They will identify and cultivate opportunities that drive substantial value and growth for our organization, ensuring the development of impactful, needle-moving initiatives.
- Analyze and identify high-potential opportunities for partnerships, collaborations, or new initiatives that align with our strategic goals and potential impact company growth.
- Establish and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders across the ecosystem to facilitate collaboration.
- Monitor the performance of partnerships and initiatives, evaluating their impact on our business.
- Work closely with internal teams (such as product development, marketing, and sales) to ensure alignment and integration of partnerships.
- Negotiate partnerships and agreements with companies that are beneficial and ensure long-term success and sustainability.
- This role requires travel to meet with ecosystem partners and attend relevant industry events.
- The individual should be comfortable working in a fast-paced and sometimes unpredictable environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields. An MBA or similar advanced degree is preferred.
- Proven track record in business development, strategic partnerships, or related roles, with a focus on ecosystem engagement and development.
- Strong strategic thinking and planning abilities, with the skill to identify and prioritize opportunities that will have a significant impact.
- Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Strong negotiation skills, with a proven ability to close deals and form partnerships.
- Ability to analyze market trends, ecosystem dynamics, and performance data to inform strategic decisions.
