Europe Partnership Manager

Imagen is developing disruptive technology for the professional photo editing market. We utilize past editing history by each of our Imageners (clients) to create a personalized AI profile, which in turn, enables photographers to optimize their workflow, reduce editing painstaking work, and maintain their unique editing style.
About The Position
In this role, You will be responsible for partnership outreach, acquisition and reputation in your key markets (our key European markets plus target markets in South America). This will be through building new Ambassador partnerships and strengthening existing ones, along with championing the brand at relevant events. You will ensure mutually beneficial relationships are established with Ambassadors and identify opportunities with photographer communities.
Responsibilities
- Sourcing relevant photographer partnerships in your markets (thought-leaders, educators, content-creators, podcasts, blogs, communities, brands, etc).
- Identify partner content opportunities that will have brand impact, such as specific events or workshops.
- Maintain positive relationships with all partners through regular communications and understand when it’s relevant to onboard specific photographers as Ambassadors.
- Nurture ambassadors, ensuring mutually beneficial relationships are established and offering new ways to grow the partnership and making sure they are also regularly up-to-date with software updates.
- Identify creative initiatives to target partner audiences on all relevant platforms.
- Negotiate and finalize deals with partners in accordance with contract guidelines.
- Communicate clearly to new partners with tools, materials, key messages, creative ideas that may be helpful to promote Imagen. This may require translating any material that was originally in English.
- Ensure delivery of subscriber number targets to ambassador team activity.
- Assess data to identify which types of partners are successful and to maximize potential with top Ambassadors.
- Identify and source photography communities in your markets.
- Identify events in relevant markets. On occasion you will attend and represent Imagen there by building our credibility, demo-ing the software and maximizing Ambassador efforts.
- Support the Ambassadors Lead on wider partner initiatives that will require other market support.
- On occasion, support the wider partnership or marketing team on translations and content creation.
Requirements
- Fluent in English & Spanish is a must. Portuguese, French or German is a big plus.
- Upbeat, creative and dynamic.
- Experience in photography and marketing / sales.
