How much does Culling cost?
Imagen’s Culling Studio offers two subscription plans:
Annual plan: /month.
Monthly plan: /month, billed monthly, and can be canceled anytime.
No $7 minimum payment with Culling subscription
Why am I being charged a $7 minimum on a Pay-as-you-go plan?
There is a minimum $7 monthly fee that converts into editing credits. If you don’t use $7 worth of services in a given month, the balance will be rolled over as credits for any Imagen service to be used in the future, so you never lose out on what you paid for with the minimum fee.
Is Cloud Storage pay-per-photo?
Nope, the charge is based on the storage plan you choose, with prices starting from just $3 per month. Once you subscribe in-app, you’ll be able to select the plan that best fits your needs directly in the Imagen app.
What payment methods can be used to subscribe to Imagen?
Pricing, billing currency, and available payment methods vary by country. You can subscribe to Imagen with a credit card, by a transfer from a US bank, PayPal, or, if supported, Google Pay and Apple Pay.
When I update my payment method to buy something from Imagen, does this impact the payment method for my subscription?
You can only use one payment method at a time. If you switch your payment method, the new one will apply to all payments, including subscriptions.
Can I use Imagen on several computers simultaneously?
Absolutely, you can use Imagen on multiple computers simultaneously, which is ideal for photography businesses with high editing demands across various devices.
What’s the difference between Pay-as-you-go and Annual Plans?
The difference lies in the pricing structure:
Pay-as-You-Go: Subscribers are charged only for what they use, with a fixed editing price of $0.05 per photo and $0.01 per edit for each Additional AI Tool. However, there is a minimum monthly charge of $7 – but don’t worry if you edit less that month – the minimum charge rolls over as editing credits for future use.
Annual Plan: By committing to an annual contract, you can enjoy a discounted rate per photo and a steady monthly charge. The bigger the package, the higher the discount. The annual payment is spread evenly over 12 months, and you can use your editing credits as you wish throughout the subscription period for a flexible experience (e.g., no edits one month, more edits another). If you exceed the package quota, any additional edits are billed at the discounted plan rate. Please note that Additional AI Tools are not included in annual plans and incur the extra cost of $0.01 per photo for each tool used.
How do I sign up for an annual plan

What payment methods can be used to subscribe to Imagen?
Payment methods vary by country. You can subscribe to Imagen with a credit card, by a transfer from a US bank, PayPal, or, if supported, Google Pay and Apple Pay.
How can I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription plan at any time in the app under ‘my account’. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing cycle.

How much does Culling cost?
PAYG subscribers -Imagen’s Culling is available as a separate monthly or annual subscription. The monthly plan is billed monthly and can be canceled anytime. No $7 minimum applies with a Culling subscription.
Flat fee subscription plans – Unlimited culling is included in select plans. If your plan doesn’t include culling, you can purchase it as an add-on by contacting Support.
What happens if I exceed my plan quota?
If you exceed your plan’s monthly photo limit, overage charges will apply as outlined in the comparison table.
If you consistently go over your quota, we recommend upgrading to the next plan tier or choosing the Limitless plan for unlimited editing.
What happens if I don’t use all my available edits each month?
For monthly plans with editing limits (Explorer and Pro), any unused edits roll over during your active subscription and are saved for up to one year.
With annual plans, your edits can be used at any time throughout the year and remain available until your renewal date.
