Who counts as an individual photographer?
Individual photographer is someone who shoots and edits their own work. That includes solo wedding, portrait, sports, real estate, and events photographers — whether you work alone or occasionally bring in a second shooter.
If you’re running a studio where multiple photographers shoot and edit independently under one account, that’s a Business plan workflow.

What’s the difference between Pay-As-You-Go and Limitless?
Pay-As-You-Go (PAYG) charges you per photo edited, with a small monthly minimum. You pay when you edit, so it’s a natural fit if your volume changes a lot or you edit sporadically.
Limitless is a flat-fee subscription built for solo photographers. One simple price covers everything you need:
- Unlimited editing
- Unlimited access to all editing and retouching tools
- Unlimited AI culling
No per-photo costs, no caps. You can pay monthly or annually.
Both plans serve different workflows. If you’re unsure, PAYG is a good starting point. You can move to Limitless whenever it makes sense.
I’m a solo photography business, but I hire second shooters – can I still use it?
Yes. Limitless is built for photographers who personally attend and shoot their own events. Having a second shooter assist at your events fits that definition. You’re running the business and doing the editing. That’s what the plan is designed for.
I’m a solo photographer, but got sick and someone covered for me – can I still use it?
Yes. A one-off situation where someone covered while you were out doesn’t affect your eligibility. Limitless is about your workflow as a solo photographer, not a strict one-person rule for every single shoot.
I’m a solo photographer with a team of part-time associates, but only I cull and edit – can I still use it?
It depends on how your business works. If you personally attend and shoot your events (even with associate support) and you’re the one doing all the culling and editing, that fits how Limitless is meant to be used.
If you’re running a higher-volume operation where multiple photographers shoot independently and you edit their work centrally, that’s closer to a studio model. A Business plan would be the right fit. Not sure where you fall? Reach out and we’ll help you figure it out.
Is Limitless really unlimited?
Yes. Limitless is built for solo photographers who shoot and edit their own work. There’s no volume cap. AI culling is unlimited too.
If you’re a studio or have multiple photographers editing under one account, our Business plan is the right fit.
What AI tools are included?
Limitless includes all AI editing and retouching tools, including all real estate AI tools. There’s no per-project cap on AI tools.
What is AI culling, and is it included in my plan?
AI culling automatically selects your best shots from a batch, so you spend less time reviewing before you edit.
Limitless includes unlimited AI culling. On PAYG, culling is available as a separate add-on subscription.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, there is a self-serve cancellation.
On a monthly Limitless plan, cancelling stops your next renewal. You keep access until the end of your current billing period, then your account moves to a cancelled state. It won’t switch to PAYG automatically. If you want to keep editing on a pay-per-use basis, you’ll need to re-subscribe to PAYG.
On an annual Limitless plan, cancelling stops the auto-renewal at the end of the year. You keep access for the remainder of the year you’ve paid for.
What happens when I switch between plans?
Upgrading from PAYG to Limitless takes effect immediately. Any remaining PAYG credits are applied toward your first Limitless payment.
Downgrading from Limitless to PAYG takes effect at your next renewal – your current plan stays active until then. Keep in mind that culling and backup are not included in PAYG. You’d need to purchase them separately if you still need them.
