CS Operation Manager

Full time // Tel Aviv, Israel

Imagen is developing a disruptive technology for the professional photo editing market. We use edited photos from each of our users, to create personalized AI profiles and to reduce and eliminate editing efforts. Creating a personalized profile based on user data gives great value to our users and creates many challenges.

 

With a very strong market validation, a crazy month-over-month growth, and a top-tier VC backing us, we’re looking for the first team members to join our team. It’s an opportunity to be part of something huge and be a leader in a fast-growing company.



This will include:

  • Develop and improve processes through implementation of new technologies
  • Analyzing data to identify trends and patterns in customer behavior
  • Identifying and addressing bottlenecks or inefficiencies in the customer support process
  • Collaborating with other departments, such as Product, R&D and marketing
  • Maintain internal and external knowledge Base
  • Developing training plans and resources for the CS team and the entire company


Requirements:

  • Skills in data analytics, business intelligence, and reporting
  • Strong organizational and project management and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • 2–4 years of experience in an operations role with a focus on Customer Success or similar function for a SaaS company


Advantages:

  • Previous experience with Zendesk
  • Adobe Lightroom Classic background
